Ceiling Seismic Reinforcement System "TEC Method (Horizontal Reinforcement Specification)"

By applying horizontal reinforcement, we secure 9000N! It is also compatible with ceilings exceeding a hanging length of 1500mm.

In natural disasters, buildings may appear to have minimal external damage, but issues arise from damage caused by ceiling collapses in the interior. The "TEC Method (Horizontal Reinforcement Specification)" can ensure the same horizontal reinforcement capacity of 9000N even for ceilings with a suspension length exceeding 1500mm by applying horizontal reinforcement. Additionally, the original scaffolding material allows for easy inspection work within the ceiling. 【Features】 ■ Uses square pipes (32×14×1.6) for the furring channels and brace materials ■ Can be used for ceilings exceeding 20kg/m2 (including finishing materials) ■ The original scaffolding material enables easy inspection work within the ceiling ■ The placement of braces is arranged along the extension line of the lower horizontal reinforcement braces ■ The ends of the horizontal reinforcement are secured to the structural members of the perimeter *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Advanced technology to protect buildings: Seismic reinforcement using epoxy resin and fiber sheets.

By injecting resin deep into the wood and using aramid fiber sheets in conjunction, the adhesive strength and reinforcement strength of the wood are significantly improved.

Modern architectural technology is increasingly emphasizing the importance of seismic design in response to growing demands for safety and sustainability. The aging deterioration of structural materials, particularly termite damage and wood decay, can have serious impacts on the structural stability of buildings. To address these issues and maintain the seismic resistance of structures, the application of innovative repair techniques is essential. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Seismic retrofitting of drainage pipe openings (small to medium diameter) - "Magma Rock Method mini・NGJ"

Non-excavation sewer pipelines (small to medium diameter, φ200 to φ700) seismic resistance technology. Equipped with cylindrical stainless steel and rubber sleeves to withstand Level 2 seismic motion.

This is a non-excavation seismic reinforcement method developed to enhance the seismic resistance of the "pipe connection section where existing pipes and manholes connect," targeting pipe diameters of Ø700 or less. In cases where the connection between the manhole and the pipe does not have a flexible structure, it is known that this connection section, being in a semi-rigid state, tends to concentrate damage such as circumferential cracks or breakage when subjected to significant loads during an earthquake. This method involves pre-cutting grooves (joints) at the connection between the main pipe and the manhole, installing a mini magma, and concentrating seismic stress here to induce cracking at the joint, thereby preventing damage to the connection through its shock absorption effect. The mini magma, which is pre-installed at the locations where cracks occur along the joint, prevents the inflow of groundwater and soil into the pipe. Additionally, this seismic reinforcement method can be reliably installed even when the existing pipe is in a flowing state, as long as the water depth is 25% or less of the nominal diameter, targeting the connection between the manhole and the pipe. [Applications] ● Seismic reinforcement of the connection between manholes and pipes (circular pipes)
